History

Geography
[edit]Edison is located in northwestern Calhoun County at Template:Coord (31.560891, -84.737984).<ref name="GR1">Template:Cite web</ref> It is Template:Convert west of Albany and Template:Convert east of the Alabama line at Fort Gaines.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Edison has a total area of Template:Convert, all land.<ref name="Census 2010">Template:Cite web</ref>

Education
[edit]The Calhoun County School System includes Calhoun County High School-Middle School,<ref>Calhoun County School System</ref><ref>http://www.calhoun.k12.ga.us/pages/calhouncounty/Schools Template:Dead link</ref> which serves Calhoun County and some students from the cities of Arlington, Edison, Leary, and Morgan. Calhoun County Elementary School is in Arlington.
