===Hungarian=== Hungarians and Slovaks have had language interaction ever since the settlement of Hungarians in the Carpathian area. Hungarians also adopted many words from various Slavic languages related to agriculture and administration, and a number of Hungarian loanwords are found in Slovak. Some examples are as follows: *"wicker whip": Slovak sk (the standard name for "whip" is sk and sk, itself originating from Turkish tr, usually means only one particular type of it—the "wicker whip") – Hungarian hu; *"dragon/kite": Slovak sk (rather rare, sk is far more common in this meaning; sk often means only "kite", especially a small one that is flown for fun and this term is far more common than sk in this meaning; for the "dragon kite", the term sk is still used almost exclusively) – Hungarian hu. *"rumour": Slovak sk, Hungarian hu; *"camel": Slovak sk, Hungarian hu; *"ditch": Slovak sk, Hungarian hu; *"glass": Slovak sk, Hungarian hu;
