==Early life== Timothy James McVeigh was born on April 23, 1968, in [[Lockport (city), New York|Lockport, New York]], the only son and the second of three children of his [[Irish Americans|Irish American]] parents, Noreen Mildred "Mickey" Hill and William McVeigh.
