Railways
[edit]Template:Main Historically, three railways were built in Liberia to export ore from mines; they were damaged during the civil wars. By 2007<ref>Template:Cite web</ref> (or 2009<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>) the Bong mine railway was operational. There are no rail connections with other countries, although there has been a proposal to extend the Lamco railway to serve a mine across the border in Guinea.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>
