From Niidae Wiki

Template:Short description Template:Infobox cemetery

Holy Cross Cemetery, located in Culver City, California, was dedicated on Memorial Day in 1939 by Archbishop John J. Cantwell. Among its notable features is the Lourdes Grotto, created by Rozo Fuso Kado. The cemetery spans over 200 acres and is owned by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, which operates it under the jurisdiction of the Catholic Cemeteries Department.

Onsite, Holy Cross Mortuary provides full Catholic funeral rites and is managed by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Funeral and Mortuary Services Corporation, which assumed ownership of the mortuaries in 2016.

Holy Cross Cemetery is an active site that offers burial, entombment, and cremation options for members of the Catholic faith and their families.

Partially located within the Culver City limits and unincorporated Los Angeles County, the cemetery has plans for future development to provide additional burial options.

It is also notable as the final resting place for many dignitaries and celebrities.
