Parker is a city in Bay County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Panama City–Panama City Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2020 US census, it had a population of 4,010, down from 4,317 at the 2010 census.

In 2010, the age distribution was 21.2% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 24.3% from 25 to 44, 28.0% from 45 to 64, and 17.4% 65 or older. The median age was 40.9 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.6 males.<ref name="Census 2010"/>

As of the 2000 census, the median household income was $35,813, and the median family income was $43,929. Males had a median income of $28,455 versus $21,205 for females.
