Wikisource
Languages: Template:Wikisource/Languages
Wikisource is a Wikimedia project created for the purpose of amassing a library of free texts. It first began in 2003, under the name of Project Sourceberg, and branched into multilingual subdivisions by 2005. Novels, books, essays, historical documents, poems, letters, speeches and documents are all included, so long as they are in the public domain or released under the open content CC-BY-SA license. The English Wikisource is the largest Wikisource to date, with over 133,000 texts as of November 13, 2009.

Logo has changed throughout the history of the project - was originally a .jpg image, as seen to the right, but is now the .svg image of the iceberg, as seen above.
