Article count, monthly totals

The table below shows the article count for the first day of each month for the currently functioning Wikipedia projects. The multiple horizontal tables were replaced on July 15, 2004 by a single vertical one. An effort has been made to ensure that every language with an active Wikipedia project has been listed — but if you notice a particular language that has been left out, please do something about it! The purple squares indicate a decline in article count.

The following table shows the net monthly growth or decline of each Wikipedia project, by setting out the number of new articles, minus deletions, since the previous monthly count.
