History

Paxton was once called Soda Bar.<ref>Template:Cite news</ref> A post office called Paxton was established in 1917, and remained in operation until 1952.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>

The whole population lived in households, no one lived in non-institutionalized group quarters and no one was institutionalized.
