The average household size was 3.27 and the average family size was 2.60.

The village's age distribution consisted of 22.0% under the age of 18, 9.2% from 18 to 24, 24.9% from 25 to 44, 27.9% from 45 to 64, and 15.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42.2 years. For every 100 females, there were 97.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.4 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $59,464, and the median income for a family was $68,936. Males had a median income of $43,617 versus $29,739 for females. The Village of Worth operates under a President-Trustee form of Government with a Village President (Mayor) and a Village Board composed of six Village Trustees (Councilmen / Aldermen) elected at large.
