'''Waterloo''' is a city in [[Linn County, Oregon|Linn County]], [[Oregon]], United States. The population was 229 at the [[2010 United States Census|2010 census]].

The racial makeup of the town was 96.5% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.4% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.7% from two or more races. The racial makeup of the city was 97.49% White, 0.42% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 1.26% Native American, 0.42% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], and 0.42% from two or more races.
