==Geography==
Village Green-Green Ridge is located in southern Delaware County at {{Coord|39|51|50|N|75|25|28|W|type:city}} (39.864011, -75.424499),<ref name="GR1">{{cite web|url=https://www.census.gov/geographies/reference-files/time-series/geo/gazetteer-files.html|publisher=[[United States Census Bureau]]|access-date=2011-04-23|date=2011-02-12|title=US Gazetteer files: 2010, 2000, and 1990}}</ref> in the southern part of [[Aston Township, Pennsylvania|Aston Township]]. [[Pennsylvania Route 452]] (Pennell Road) passes through the center of the CDP, leading north {{convert|3.5|mi}} to [[Lima, Pennsylvania|Lima]] and south {{convert|3.5|mi}} to [[Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania|Marcus Hook]]. [[Chester, Pennsylvania|Chester]] is {{convert|4|mi|0}} to the southeast via Concord Road.

The population density was {{convert|4,527.7|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 3,218 housing units at an average density of {{convert|1,759.9|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.61% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.60% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.02% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.76% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.02% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.25% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.72% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.11% of the population.

There were 3,165 households, out of which 29.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 9.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.5% were non-families. 24.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 3.12.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 22.4% under the age of 18, 8.0% from 18 to 24, 27.0% from 25 to 44, 25.3% from 45 to 64, and 17.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females, there were 92.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.6 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $50,369, and the median income for a family was $62,500. Males had a median income of $44,803 versus $30,809 for females.
