The [[2010 United States census]] counted 3,742 people, 1,217 households, and 1,069 families in the CDP. The [[population density]] was {{convert|2516.9|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|people&nbsp;|people|}}. There were 1,237 housing units at an average density of {{convert|832.0|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|}}. The racial makeup was 91.74% (3,433) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 3.58% (134) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.08% (3) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 2.91% (109) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.00% (0) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.51% (19) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 1.18% (44) from two or more races.
