There were 1,851 housing units at an average density of {{convert|62.6|/km2|/mi2|disp=preunit|units|units|abbr=on}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 98.47% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.36% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.13% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.21% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.02% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.17% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.65% from two or more races.
