By race, the population was split with 97.5% white, 0.2% American Indian or Alaska Native, 0.1% were Asian, 1.6% were two or more races, and 2.0% were Hispanic or Latino. 

The median household income was $59,293. 7.8% of the population lived below the [[Poverty thresholds (United States Census Bureau)|poverty threshold]]. 95.5% of households had a computer, and 91.7% of households had a broadband internet subscription. 

19.0% of the population were foreign-born persons. There were 877 veterans living in the CDP.
