As of the [[census]]<ref name="GR2" /> of 2000, there were 2,631 people, 1,570 households, and 766 families residing in the CDP. There were 2,712 housing units at an average density of {{convert|2,830.0|/km2|/mi2|disp=preunit|units|units|abbr=on}}. The median income for a household in the CDP was $50,394, and the median income for a family was $63,625. Males had a median income of $57,171 versus $35,625 for females.
