==Geography==

[[Indiana State Road 161]] (signed as Main Street) traverses the town from north to south.  [[Little Pigeon River (Indiana)|Little Pigeon Creek]] and its associated state [[wetland conservation]] area lies just east of Tennyson.

The racial makeup of the town was 99.3% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], and 0.4% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 2.2% of the population.
