Of the 38 households, 44.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.4% were married couples living together, 21.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.7% were non-families. 21.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.82 and the average family size was 3.28. In the CDP, the age distribution of the population shows 36.4% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 24.3% from 25 to 44, 24.3% from 45 to 64, and 7.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 30 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 106.1 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $36,875, and the median income for a family was $36,667. Males had a median income of $26,250 versus $8,750 for females.
