The racial makeup of the CDP was 79.78% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.20% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 1.93% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 2.21% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.62% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 9.51% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 3.74% from two or more races. In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 30.8% under the age of 18, 8.5% from 18 to 24, 32.5% from 25 to 44, 20.8% from 45 to 64, and 7.5% who were 65 years of age or older.
