'''Saint Bonifacius''', often stylized as '''St. Bonifacius,''' is a small city in [[Hennepin County, Minnesota|Hennepin County]], [[Minnesota]], United States, 25 miles west of [[Minneapolis]]. Settled in the 1850s, the town has a combination of [[Rural area|rural]] and [[exurb]]an features. It is completely surrounded by [[Minnetrista, Minnesota]], and is close to the county line with [[Carver County, Minnesota|Carver County]]. It hosted a [[MIM-3 Nike Ajax|Nike Hercules]] battery during the [[Cold War]], one of four protecting [[Minneapolis–Saint Paul]] from [[Soviet Union|Soviet]] bombers.

The [[population density]] was {{convert|2153.8|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 912 housing units at an average density of {{convert|860.4|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 94.2% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.9% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.1% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 1.8% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.1% [[Race (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.5% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.4% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 3.2% of the population.

There were 863 households, of which 41.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 1.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 27.7% were non-families. 20.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.65 and the average family size was 3.12.

The median age in the city was 36.2 years. 28.9% of residents were under the age of 18; 5.2% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 32.1% were from 25 to 44; 25.4% were from 45 to 64; and 8.5% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 50.9% male and 49.1% female.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.01% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.16% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.11% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.91% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.59% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.23% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.76% of the population.
