As of the [[census]] of 2010, there were 3,292 people, 1,402 households, and 828 families residing in the CDP. The population density was {{convert|1,061.9|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 1,552 housing units at an average density of {{convert|500.6|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 94.6% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.2% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 1.7% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.4% [[Race (United States Census)|some other race]], and 2.6% from two or more races. There were 1,402 households, out of which 28.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 40.0% were headed by [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 13.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.9% were non-families. 32.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.7% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.33, and the average family size was 2.94.<ref name="Census 2010 DP"/>

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 22.5% under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 26.9% from 25 to 44, 28.1% from 45 to 64, and 14.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
