The [[2010 United States census]] counted 14,518 people, 5,230 households, and 4,121 families in the CDP. There were 5,434 housing units at an average density of {{convert|1015.9|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|}}. The racial makeup was 82.80% (12,021) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 3.51% (509) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.07% (10) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 11.45% (1,662) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.01% (2) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.44% (64) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 1.72% (250) from two or more races.
