There were 129 housing units at an average density of {{convert|135.8|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 99.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 1.0% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.7% of the population.

There were 121 households, of which 31.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.9% were non-families. 28.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 3.06.

There were 108 households, out of which 41.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.0% were non-families. 21.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.84 and the average family size was 3.40.
