There were 73 housing units at an average density of {{convert|47.4|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 93.8% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 6.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]].

There were 46 households, of which 26.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.2% had a male householder with no wife present, and 37.0% were non-families. 37.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 19.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.09 and the average family size was 2.69.

The median age in the city was 52.5 years. 25% of residents were under the age of 18; 2.2% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 14.6% were from 25 to 44; 31.3% were from 45 to 64; and 27.1% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 52.1% male and 47.9% female.

There were 57 households, out of which 15.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.9% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 1.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 47.4% were non-families. 45.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 22.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.91 and the average family size was 2.70.
