[[Indiana State Road 25]] passes east and west through town.

The town is coextensive with [[Union Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana|Union Township]] in Tippecanoe County. The township chose to incorporate in order to prevent partial or total annexation by neighboring [[Lafayette, Indiana|Lafayette]].

The [[population density]] was {{convert|59.4|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 675 housing units at an average density of {{convert|24.9|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 96.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.6% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.5% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.1% [[Race (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 1.4% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.0% from two or more races.
