The [[population density]] was {{convert|159.4|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 56 housing units at an average density of {{convert|87.5|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]].

There were 48 households, of which 14.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.9% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 8.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 41.7% were non-families. 35.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.13 and the average family size was 2.75.

The median age in the city was 47.3 years. 17.6% of residents were under the age of 18; 5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 21.5% were from 25 to 44; 39.2% were from 45 to 64; and 16.7% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 53.9% male and 46.1% female.

There were 41 households, out of which 46.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.1% were non-families. 31.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.83 and the average family size was 3.63.

In the city, the population was spread out, with 30.2% under the age of 18, 12.1% from 18 to 24, 19.0% from 25 to 44, 26.7% from 45 to 64, and 12.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 107.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 118.9 males.
