There were 236 housing units at an average density of 59.9/sq&nbsp;mi (23.1/km<sup>2</sup>). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.30% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.17% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.35% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 0.17% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.52% of the population.

There were 220 households, out of which 29.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.6% were non-families. 18.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 2.98.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 23.7% under the age of 18, 7.3% from 18 to 24, 30.5% from 25 to 44, 25.8% from 45 to 64, and 12.7% who were 65 years of age or older.
