The median age was 48 years. For every 100 females, there were 99.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.4 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $45,089, and the median income for a family was $56,125. Males had a median income of $45,337 versus $31,311 for females.
