The population density was {{convert|208.0|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 75 housing units at an average density of {{convert|98.7|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the town was 79.11% [[Race (United States Census)|Black]] or [[Race (United States Census)|African American]], 18.99% [[Race (United States Census)|White]] and 1.90% from two or more races.

There were 64 households, out of which 21.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 32.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 32.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.7% were non-families. 29.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.93.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 21.5% under the age of 18, 7.0% from 18 to 24, 24.7% from 25 to 44, 29.7% from 45 to 64, and 17.1% who were 65 years of age or older.
