The [[population density]] was {{convert|700.0|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 67 housing units at an average density of {{convert|394.1|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 98.3% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 1.7% from two or more races.

There were 53 households, of which 32.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.5% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 13.2% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 39.6% were non-families. 39.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 28.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.25 and the average family size was 3.00.

The average household size was 2.10 and the average family size was 3.03.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 23.1% under the age of 18, 4.8% from 18 to 24, 33.3% from 25 to 44, 20.4% from 45 to 64, and 18.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females, there were 104.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.8 males.
