Many species of birds can be seen from the floating Broads Wildlife Centre such as [[great crested grebe]]s, [[Eurasian wigeon|wigeons]], [[gadwall]]s, [[common kingfisher|kingfishers]] and [[great cormorant|cormorants]]. There are also areas of woodland and reedbeds.<ref name=NWT/>
