The median age was 50 years. For every 100 females, there were 92.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 89.2 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $97,523, and the median income for a family was $162,596. Males had a median income of $103,889 versus $71,971 for females.
