In 1998, the town voted to increase the number of Aldermen to serve on the Board to four. Pleasant View City Hall is currently located at 1008 Civic Court.<ref>{{Cite web |title=History |url=https://www.pleasantviewcity.com/our_city/about_our_city/history |access-date=September 18, 2023 |website=www.pleasantviewcity.com |language=en-US}}</ref> ==Geography== According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the city has a total area of {{convert|12.6|sqmi|km2}}, all land.
