U.S. 19 passes through the east side of the city and leads northwest {{convert|8|mi|0}} to [[Camilla, Georgia|Camilla]], the [[county seat]], and southeast {{convert|25|mi}} to [[Thomasville, Georgia|Thomasville]]. State Route 93 passes through the center of town, leading northeast {{convert|14|mi}} to [[Sale City, Georgia|Sale City]] and south {{convert|19|mi}} to [[Cairo, Georgia|Cairo]], while [[Georgia State Route 65|State Route 65]] leads west from Pelham {{convert|14|mi}} to [[Hopeful, Georgia|Hopeful]].
