==History==
Pattonsburg's current location is four miles north of the previous spot, [[Old Pattonsburg, Missouri|Old Pattonsburg]], as it is referred to today. Pattonsburg is located in northwest Daviess County just west of [[U.S. Route 69]] and two miles west of [[I-35]]. The racial makeup of the city was 95.1% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.6% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 1.4% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 0.9% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 2.9% of the population.

[[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.53% of the population.

There were 120 households, out of which 32.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 15.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 37.5% were non-families. 35.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The median income for a household in the city was $30,500, and the median income for a family was $41,875. Males had a median income of $23,750 versus $18,125 for females.
