==Education==
It has one high school, in which it joins with neighboring town Gagetown.  They comprise the Owen-Gage Bulldogs. They compete in The Mid-Michigan 8-man Football League/ILAC. As of September 2016, the Bulldogs coaching staff is composed of: Jim Wencel, Head Football Coach; Christopher Robinson; Assistant Coach and Steve Riske; Assistant Coach. Kathy Champagne, Head Volleyball Coach; Mike Sutherland, Head Girls Basketball and Cross Country, Head Boys Basketball Coach; Brian Wright, Head Baseball Coach; Mike Witzke, Head Girls Softball and Christopher Robinson, A.D.

The racial makeup of the village was 96.3% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.4% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 2.9% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 2.9% of the population.

The racial makeup of the village was 97.30% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.68% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], and 2.03% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 11.49% of the population.

There were 101 households, out of which 39.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.5% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.7% were non-families. 27.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.  The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 3.13.

The median income for a household in the village was $29,861, and the median income for a family was $31,667. Males had a median income of $28,056 versus $17,143 for females.
