The racial makeup of the CDP was 89.35% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.83% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 3.50% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 3.50% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.81% from two or more races. 10.51% of the population were [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]].

There were 223 households, out of which 35.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.4% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.6% were non-families. 13.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
