North Eastham is located within the northwestern part of the Town of Eastham at {{Coord|41.851349|-69.999928|region:US-MA_type:city|format=dms|display=inline,title}} (41.851349, −69.999928).<ref name="GR1">{{cite web|url=https://www.census.gov/geographies/reference-files/time-series/geo/gazetteer-files.html|publisher=[[United States Census Bureau]]|access-date=2011-04-23|date=2011-02-12|title=US Gazetteer files: 2010, 2000, and 1990}}</ref> It is bordered to the west by [[Cape Cod Bay]], to the north by the town of [[Wellfleet, Massachusetts|Wellfleet]], to the east by [[U.S. Route 6 in Massachusetts|U.S. Route 6]] and Great Pond Road, and to the south by Great Pond, Herring Brook Road, and Samoset Road.
