Circa 1910, Niotaze had a population of 317. The racial makeup of the city was 85.4% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 7.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 7.3% from two or more races.

[[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 6.56% of the population.
