Only 5.9% of the population of the town lives under the poverty line, which is far less than the rest of the state.<ref name=":0" /> 67% of the population of the town is identified as currently married, but only 4.4% of women between the ages of 15 and 50 gave birth during that year, less than the average in the Oklahoma City Metro Area.<ref name=":0" /> 92.8% of the Ninnekah population has received a high school degree, which is 4.2 percentage points higher than the rest of the state. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.9 males. The median income for a household in the town was $31,181, and the median income for a family was $37,656. Males had a median income of $29,659 versus $21,328 for females.
