The [[population density]] was {{convert|1175.0|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 51 housing units at an average density of {{convert|637.5|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 96.8% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.1% [[Race (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], and 1.1% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 2.1% of the population.

There were 42 households, of which 26.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 2.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 35.7% were non-families. 28.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. There were 42 households, out of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 11.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.0% were non-families. 19.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.62 and the average family size was 3.00.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 24.5% under the age of 18, 6.4% from 18 to 24, 26.4% from 25 to 44, 28.2% from 45 to 64, and 14.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females, there were 83.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 84.4 males.
