The CDP is a part of the [[Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area]]. The population of the Meridian CDP was 4,786 at the [[United States Census 2020]].<ref name="Census 2020" /> The CDP lies in [[ZIP Code|ZIP code]] 80112.<ref name=ZIPcode/>

==Geography==
The Meridian CDP is located in northern Douglas County at 39.53’89”N 104.84’75”W at 5,964 feet above sea level, higher than Denver.<ref>{{Cite web|title=GNIS Detail - Meridian Census Designated Place|url=https://geonames.usgs.gov/apex/f?p=138:3:::NO:3:P3_FID,P3_TITLE:2408817,Meridian%20Census%20Designated%20Place|access-date=2021-06-21|website=geonames.usgs.gov}}</ref> Meridian roughly spans from the intersection of I-25 and Inverness Parkway south to the intersection of [[I-25]] and Lincoln Avenue, east along Lincoln Avenue to North 1st Street, north along North 1st Street until E-470 where the boundary then meanders northeast until South Chambers Road, where it finally spans due west back to the intersection of I-25 and Inverness Parkway. The plot of developed land just south of Lincoln Avenue is included in the CDP as well. ==Demographics==

The racial makeup of the CDP was 84.24% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.17% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.54% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 1.09% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.54% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 2.17% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 9.24% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 4.89% of the population.

There were 97 households, out of which 23.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 26.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 8.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 61.9% were non-families. 46.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.90 and the average family size was 2.92.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 22.3% under the age of 18, 15.2% from 18 to 24, 50.5% from 25 to 44, 11.4% from 45 to 64, and 0.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 28 years. For every 100 females, there were 119.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 116.7 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $45,781, and the median income for a family was $42,917. Males had a median income of $48,125 versus $45,781 for females.
