The municipality comprises the villages of [[Bottelare]], {{ill|Lemberge|nl}}, [[Melsen]], Merelbeke proper, {{ill|Munte, Belgium|nl|Munte (Oost-Vlaanderen)|lt=Munte}} and {{ill|Schelderode|nl}}.
