The [[population density]] was {{convert|284.6|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 84 housing units at an average density of {{convert|107.7|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 81.5% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 4.5% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 8.6% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 1.8% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 2.3% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 2.3% of the population.

The median age in the city was 33 years. 30.2% of residents were under the age of 18; 10.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 22.2% were from 25 to 44; 26.2% were from 45 to 64; and 11.3% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 58.6% male and 41.4% female.

The population density was {{convert|215.6|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  There were 87 housing units at an average density of {{convert|84.9|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  The racial makeup of the town was 82.81% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.71% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 9.50% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.45% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], and 4.52% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 4.98% of the population.

There were 79 households, out of which 36.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 6.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.6% were non-families. 22.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.  The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.31.

In the town the population was spread out, with 33.5% under the age of 18, 5.4% from 18 to 24, 28.1% from 25 to 44, 19.5% from 45 to 64, and 13.6% who were 65 years of age or older.  The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females, there were 92.2 males.  For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 86.1 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $36,000, and the median income for a family was $36,500. Males had a median income of $30,500 versus $21,875 for females. The [[per capita income]] for the town was $13,427.  About 5.2% of families and 6.1% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including 5.7% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those 65 or over.
