The [[population density]] was {{convert|1247.4|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 124 housing units at an average density of {{convert|652.6|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 97.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 2.5% from two or more races.

There were 105 households, of which 29.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 8.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 40.0% were non-families. 31.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.26 and the average family size was 2.87.

The average household size was 2.43 and the average family size was 3.03.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 29.6% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 26.1% from 25 to 44, 20.7% from 45 to 64, and 16.1% who were 65 years of age or older. ==Notable people==
Losantville is the birthplace of former major league baseball player [[Claude Berry]], a catcher for the Chicago White Sox, Philadelphia A's and Pittsburgh Rebels from 1904 through 1915. He had a lifetime batting average of .219.
