The [[population density]] was {{convert|123.1|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 50 housing units at an average density of {{convert|48.1|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 99.2% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 0.8% from two or more races.

There were 45 households, of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 15.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.8% were non-families. 13.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.84 and the average family size was 3.11.

There were 45 households, out of which 15.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 11.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.1% were non-families. 20.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 2.87.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 17.9% under the age of 18, 8.9% from 18 to 24, 27.7% from 25 to 44, 33.0% from 45 to 64, and 12.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females, there were 89.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.7 males.
