There were 60 housing units at an average density of {{convert|250.0|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 95.3% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 2.3% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 5.8% of the population.

There were 44 households, of which 20.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 9.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 45.5% were non-families. 43.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.95 and the average family size was 2.50.

There were 42 households, out of which 23.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 40.5% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 50.0% were non-families. 45.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 33.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.88 and the average family size was 2.57.

In the city, the population was spread out, with 16.5% under the age of 18, 3.8% from 18 to 24, 20.3% from 25 to 44, 31.6% from 45 to 64, and 27.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 50 years. For every 100 females, there were 125.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 120.0 males.
