The [[2010 United States census]] counted 3,582 people, 2,204 households, and 1,078 families in the CDP. The [[population density]] was {{convert|1870.3|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|people&nbsp;|people|}}. There were 2,351 housing units at an average density of {{convert|1227.5|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|}}. The racial makeup was 96.12% (3,443) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 2.60% (93) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.08% (3) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 0.70% (25) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.00% (0) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.08% (3) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 0.42% (15) from two or more races. In the CDP the population was spread out, with 0.2% under the age of 18, 0.4% from 18 to 24, 1.9% from 25 to 44, 17.9% from 45 to 64, and 79.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
