'''Lakeview''' is a [[village (United States)#Ohio|village]] in [[Logan County, Ohio|Logan County]], [[Ohio]], United States. The population was 1,184 at the [[2020 United States census|2020 census]].

A branch of the [[Logan County District Library]] serves the Lakeview community.

The town was heavily damaged by an [[Tornado outbreak of March 13–15, 2024#Fryburg–Lakeview–Russells Point, Ohio|EF3 tornado]] on March 14, 2024. Lakeview takes its name from [[Indian Lake (Ohio)|Indian Lake]], a mostly artificial lake nearby.  Part of the village's perimeter is bounded by the lakeshore.

The [[population density]] was {{convert|1509.9|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 576 housing units at an average density of {{convert|811.3|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the village was 97.2% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.7% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.1% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.1% [[Race (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.4% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.2% from two or more races. The racial makeup of the village was 97.30% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.09% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.56% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.28% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.47% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.30% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.47% of the population.

==Transportation==
Lakeview's location at the southwest corner of Indian Lake causes several highways to pass through the village.  [[U.S. Route 33]] goes through Lakeview's downtown, while State Routes [[Ohio State Route 235|235]] and [[Ohio State Route 366|366]] pass along the lakeshore.  [[Ohio State Route 720|State Route 720]] passes through the extreme south of the village.
