Klismaphiles might gain pleasure from a large, water distended belly or the feeling of internal pressure. The [[Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders]] (DSM-IV-TR) classifies klismaphilia under the diagnosis of "Paraphilias, Not Otherwise Specified".
